Starting in September I’m opening up 3 spots for a post Olympic talk about performing when it matters and juicy gossip from the village. It also might involve a little workout with myself and CF Endurance big timer, Brian MacKenzie. The first two talks will be taking place on the West Coast at San Francisco CrossFit and CrossFit Invictus (dates to follow) and am opening up 3 more spots for other boxes around the country. The Post Oly tour will be 3 hour’s at your facility and can be any day of the week. We will have a talk, a Q & A, a workout and BBQ/food to follow. The format is loose, but will revolve around my experiences from the last Olympics (2008) to this one (2012) how I trained, how I ate, and how I evolved to win a second Gold Medal. I’ll also talk about goal setting and execution to help you figure out how to get in the right head space to perform when it matters.
Email me at email@example.com if interested as there are only 3 spots, and not everyone is a winner.
